Transforming the internal sales organisation services for Mercedes

As part of a long-term contract between Brilliant Basics mother-company Infosys Ltd and Daimler AG, Brilliant Basics was tasked with helping Mercedes to transform it’s internal digital services and products across a wide range avenues.

The project involved inserting design thinking methodologies into the Mercedes organisation, as well as leading the overall design process.
